 | Q. What product warranties are provided? A. Warranties are provided by the product manufacturer/vendor.
Q. Is there a fee for WeDoey service? A. Fees are based on the level of service provided. Please review our fees & additional charges
Q. When is payment required? A. Payment is required before the product is shipped. You will not be billed until you choose a product.
Q. Do you have gift certificates? A. We will certainly obtain gift certificates if that is what you want us to do. However, we hope to help you avoid gift certificates by locating unique gifts, individually chosen to suit your recipient's tastes.
Q. What are the wrapping options? A. WeDoey has exquisite wrapping made especially for us. The color scheme is pink/black for women and burgundy/black for men. We add ribbons and bows for special occasions. Wrapping is based on size of product. All products denote size for wrapping. The personal touch shopping may be different.
Q. What are the shipping charges and options? A. WeDoey quotes one price that includes product, wrapping and shipping. This takes the worry out of shopping for you and keeps you in your budget.
Q. How do you handle having a gift card signed by me to be included with the gift? A. We will enclose a gift card with any personal note you have entered, along with your name. If you can email us a scanned signature we can include that as well.
Q. Why was I charged sales tax? A. Internet laws require we charge sales tax for items shipped in our home state, which is Florida. You will not be charged sales tax unless the product is being shipped to Florida.
Q. How do you handle returns? A. Simply return the gift to WeDoey and we will refund the price of the product. We stand behind our quality 100%.
Q. What do I do if the quality is not what I expected? A. We will strive to find you the best quality items available for the money you are willing to spend. Since WeDoey is not a manufacturer of goods we are not liable for product indemnification and we will refer you to the manufacturer if needed. If the product is substandard, we will accept a return.
